[Mb-hair] Love to hear people's opinions..

I just went out and bought the RENT motion picture soundtrack. Many people have said that RENT reminds them of HAIR. (I can see minor simularities ie: Both plays have a four letter title..  Both deal with subject matters that most people of the time periods would rather sweep under a rug or ignore, both have a really powerful musical score, and both captured the hearts of millions and went on to make millions as well. And now.. Both have been made into motion pictures.) I for one can't wait to see the movie.. The soundtrack, atleast what I have heard of it.. (just got it 20 minutes ago) seems really good, great voices and good production. I saw the play twice and loved it both times..  Guess I am just wondering what other Hairy folks think about the play, the score, the movie, and the conection if any to HAIR.
