Then don't grandstand!   If you don;t like the heat, stay out of the kitchen. 
  If you don't want feedback, then don't send copies of your dubious 
submissions to other people.   If I were the producer or casting director of a show, I 
wouldn't consider hiring anyone who had a "manager" who couldn't write a 
coherent, grammatically correct letter.    Your   e~mail was an embarrassment.
