[Mb-civic] Who should pay the cost of rescues, online poll result

A recent online poll in Canada that was taken in consideration of the Christen Peacekeeper Teams and their rescue from captivity in Baghdad.
I support the yes side myself.

      Should organizations be required to pay the cost of the rescue if their personnel are kidnapped in a country where they have been advised not to go?
