The Federalist Society mentioned was influenced at the Univ. of Chicago (where it got started) by Carl Schmitt, the Nazi who escaped punishment and whom Kissinger invited to speak to a Harvard Law School audience years ago. Schmitt brought about the elevation of Hitler to Fuhrer instead of Chancellor, then later wrote the legislation giving Hitler complete power during war time. Linda Hassler
