Dear Sam Sheldon,
BHRT is Under Attack!
...and you will be too if your patients are denied the therapy that has restored their health, comfort and quality of life!
Actually, this is no laughing matter! Wyeth Pharmaceuticals recently petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to impose harmful restrictions on the compounding and dispensing of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
Wyeth asks for strategic restrictions that, if granted, would put an end to all pharmacy compounding. In addition, Wyeth has unleashed an organized campaign to fuel support for its efforts. Several Wyeth-affiliated, nationally known organizations have filed comments in support of Wyeth's petition. Media coverage on BHRT has spiked.
This is yet another attack on pharmacy compounding!
We need YOUR help to stop this attempt by pharmaceutical manufacturers to restrict access to compounding and BHRT!
THREE WAYS YOU CAN HELP
1) File a comment asking FDA to deny Wyeth's flawed petition
2) Help your doctors get educated and involved in this issue
3) Get your patients involved. They already have the passion -
give them the tools!
