55 years for three minor drug deals - even if the guy admittedly had a gun on him (never displayed) during two of them - by a guy who had absolutely no criminal record (not even a parking ticket) is not "cruel and unusual punishment?" Well, it certainly is a "miscarriage of justice!" This is really scary! Peace.

The Utah man, Weldon H. Angelos, was convicted in 2003 of selling several hundred dollars worth of marijuana on three occasions.
