[Mb-civic] Why buses sat empty, could not find drivers !

I'm really getting to respect this Mayor of New Orleans, he is there like his piers in the Police, Fire Departments, Hospitals and other agencies standing their ground as "best efforts done" under the scrutiny of the Media and the Republican attack machine!
