[Mb-civic] Arab League rejected Saddam excile offer ???

Saddam was willing to leave Iraq, but the Arab League scuttled the move, WHY??

This is interesting, as to why, and what was their game plan to not?

At the end of the day, all parties screwed up, unless the Arab league wanted it to happen, and therefore what is their game plan - end game?
