Halliburton Wins Bonuses

WASHINGTON, May 10 (Reuters) - The Army said Tuesday that it had awarded $72 million in bonuses to the Halliburton Company for logistics work in Iraq but had not decided whether to give the company bonuses for disputed dining services to troops.
