Thanks, Harold - the honey + raw sugar in Argentina are pretty good too and pretty well organic, not to mention beef and fruit. The argentines consume an awful lot of nutra sweet though because they are obsessed with looking beautiful.
I am taking enough exercise at the moment to be able to take a certain amount of sugar but loike anything else in life you just can't overdo it.
