hears ringing in their ears, voices, has chronic or periodic unexplainable
severe head or body aches, or suddenly believes they have suddenly been
blessed by the gods and become telepathic overnight.  Jack Shulman, head of
American Computer Company, wrote that article in 1999.  I thought it was
such a good article that I would just put up the other subject matter
headings that this particular website offers as well which you can read
there while exploring late some dark and stormy night with nothing else to
do.  Although there are so many other websites with information describing
the technology that has been in use for *quite* some time by various
governments and other entities to keep track of every sneeze every flea has
everywhere all the time, but which is just now "being brand spanking newly
disclosed" to the public without any major fanfare and hardly a squeak from
any media whatsoever to herald the Official Release of such completely
inconsequential technology, I thought this one of the more interesting
reads.  Civil Rights?  Freedom?  Right to Privacy?  Hilarious.  They have
created a world of fear and danger where spies will rule forever and things
like privacy will be outlawed for the good of the state.  It's amazing how
far one can spread certain people's certain brand of "Democracy", among
other things, with just a little extra umph of technology.  No, children,
this is apparently not what The Founding Fathers had in mind.  Indeed, quite
the exact opposite.  Sweet dreams.)
