Washington tells Syria to withdraw army from Lebanon

Teddy Roosevelt would laugh at these "diplomats" and the  "diplomacy" of this 
administration.  They seem to think because they  have a big stick they can 
be the neighborhood bully on the world stage instead  of "speaking softly."  
Using the stick before the carrot will only  lead to failure and the 
embarrassment that every bully faces when his ass does  get kicked by someone half their 
size.
