The looting in New Orleans is out of control, where is the National Guard, Homeland Security, the Police ??

Opps, sorry, why is there looting in the first place? That is the kind of thing that only happens in a 3rd world countries, not America!

Sad that some fellow Americans prey upon each other! What is wrong with this culture that in times of need that this looting thing happens?
