[Mb-civic] Montana and the Mad Cow issue

The Governor of Montana has all but admitted it is all about free trade, he feels that Canadian cattle exports are driving down the prices of beef and that is a threat to his constituents. He is using the mad cow issue to his constituents gain.Well if Montana Ranchers were better at their work they would not feel threatened.

Instead they are taking a protectionist approach!

It is obvious that the Americans have a double standard when it comes to NAFTA and free trade.
