[Mb-civic] ACLU comments on US Govt. ignoring warnings about privacy.

Documents obtained recently by the ACLU show that the United States
government ignored warnings about privacy and security while successfully
pushing for an international standard for new electronic passports that will
leave citizens vulnerable to identity theft, invasions of privacy, or worse.
