The Ukraine SUB said that they had nothing to do with the poisoning, like they would admit it if they did. 
They would be cutting their own throats.

Canada has sent 500 election observers to the Ukraine. 

The point being, at least the people of the Ukraine "made an effort" to call their latest electoral event a fraud. 

The American people did not !!
