[Mb-civic] Water, US Judge ignores Canadian standards and concerns!

Canadian water standards are higher than US. North Dakota Judge will not listen to arguments about releasing polluted water into Canada, saying that this project has not broken North Dakota's water laws. Ignoring the fact that it will harm the Red River according to Canadian standards etc...... Both American and Canadian environmentalists know that this is a bad thing! But this project will allow US Farmers in North Dakota to irrigate their lands with polluted water at the environmental expense/risk of others.
